I use my cell phone a lot for work. I also use a hands free headset. Is there any new North Dakota law regarding the use of a hands free device for cdl drivers? If so, could you please e-mail me a copy of the new laws regarding this topic? There are a lot of rumors flying around about this topic. I just want to know what is right. Our police chief makes the point that a crash due to cell phone use looks the same as a crash due to DUI. But the public's perception of the dangers of these 2 habits is much different. Drinking and driving is NOW socially unacceptable and against the law. How long will it take before we wake up that the dangers of using a cell phone while behind the wheel are just as bad?
